I have heard horror stories of human who used redirection services akin to TinyURL and Bitly - apparently they are notorious for often screwing up affiliate links and not giving you credit for any sales. Most other link restricting services will have these problems as well.

The excellent link cloaker is one that you may put on your own site so you don't have to worry about anything breaking down or not working properly. As I mentioned before, this can be tough to make if you aren't a programmer - or prepared to pay one.
