So I'll let you in on a secret that neither the manufacturers of the piece of furniture will tell you nor would people who make furniture polish really want you to know.

You could make your own "green" furniture cleaners. It costs much less than what it would if you bought a commercial one and it is a lot better not only for the surroundings, but for your personal well being as well. And, furthermore, your furniture will simply adore it also.

There are quite a few speed cleaning tips from which to choose, this is certainly one of my favorites. It is also one that's recommended for teak furniture. And in the event you own any teak you know how careful you have to be with that finish.

Use either of the next two and you can't go wrong:

¼ teaspoon light olive oil

¼ cup white vinegar

Or maybe

¼ cup walnut oil

four drops lemon extract

As soon as you use these cleaning tips I'm betting you will never buy commercial furniture polish and oil once more.
